[Kwantlen Polytechnic University] Post-baccalaureate diploma in Human Resource Management

If you are looking for building your career in Human Resource Management right after your bachelor’s degree, you may want to know about post-baccalaureate diploma programs in Canada. What is a post-baccalaureate diploma? It is an undergraduate credential program but more advanced than a bachelor’s degree. Students who have done this program can be considered for entry into a Master’s degree. 

Kwantlen Polytechnic University is offering Post-Baccalaureate diploma in Human Resource Management for the students who have completed their bachelor’s degree. It is a pathway for professional employment in the human resources management profession. Students who have a Canadian equivalent GPA of 2.33 are eligible to apply for this course. 

The course is available for Spring (January) 2021 intake. 

Admission requirements

English proficiency test is mandatory for a student to get enrolled in KPU. They accept,

  • IELTS – 6.5 overall band or higher, with a minimum of 6.0 in each band. The test results must be within the last two years of admission
  • TOEFL – iBT 88 or higher, with no sub-score less than 20 and the test results be within two years from the term of admission

This course has a curriculum requirement of 42 credits of courses with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

This program also provides Co-operative education option. To avail this option, the course requires another 10 credits additional.
